Our Services
Mobile Notary Services
Ironclad Signature Services provides convenient mobile notary services at your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, correctional facility, or another agreed-upon location.
A mobile notary travels to meet you in person, verifies your identity, witnesses your signature when required, completes the appropriate notarial act, and ensures the notarial certificate is properly completed.
Mobile notary services may include:
Acknowledgments
Oaths and affirmations
Jurats
Affidavits
Powers of attorney
Estate-planning documents
Certified copies when permitted by law
General business and personal documents
Notarial fees are charged in accordance with applicable Florida or Virginia law. Travel fees and other non-notarial service charges are separate from the state-regulated notarial fee. All charges will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.
Important Information
Ironclad Signature Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, explain the legal effect of documents, or select notarial certificates for clients.
Clients must provide the completed document and any necessary instructions regarding the type of notarization required. Please contact a licensed attorney or the document’s issuing or receiving agency if you have questions about the document or the required notarial certificate.
Signers must be willing and able to sign voluntarily and must present acceptable identification.
Remote Online Notarization
Remote Online Notarization, commonly called RON, allows eligible documents to be notarized through a secure online audio-video session. There is no need for the signer and notary to meet in person.
During the appointment, the signer connects with the notary through an approved online platform, completes identity verification, presents acceptable identification, and electronically signs the document. The notary then completes the electronic notarial certificate and applies an electronic signature and seal.
RON may be a convenient option when you:
Live outside the notary’s local service area
Are traveling or unable to meet in person
Need an after-hours or weekend appointment
Have multiple signers in different locations
Prefer to complete the notarization online
Notarial fees are charged in accordance with applicable Florida or Virginia law. Additional charges may apply for the RON platform, identity verification, electronic document processing, electronic copies, records, or other non-notarial services. All charges will be disclosed before the appointment.
Important Information
Ironclad Signature Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, explain the legal effect of documents, or select notarial certificates for clients.
The signer is responsible for confirming that the receiving party will accept a remotely notarized document and that the document is eligible for Remote Online Notarization.
A RON appointment requires a reliable internet connection, a camera and microphone, acceptable identification, and successful completion of the platform’s identity-verification requirements. Not every document or signer will qualify for RON.
Loan Signing Agent Services
Ironclad Signature Services provides professional Loan Signing Agent services for mortgage, title, escrow, and real estate transactions.
A Loan Signing Agent oversees the signing appointment, verifies the identity of the signers, presents the documents according to the hiring company’s instructions, completes required notarizations, and checks the completed package for signatures, initials, dates, and other required information.
Depending on the assignment, services may include:
Printing letter- and legal-size loan documents
Traveling to the signing location
Presenting the documents in the required order
Completing required notarizations
Reviewing the package for missed signatures, dates, or initials
Providing scanbacks when requested
Preparing the package for shipping or return
Following title, lender, escrow, or signing-service instructions
Loan signing fees may include appointment time, travel, printing, document handling, scanbacks, packaging, shipping preparation, and other signing-agent services. These charges are separate from state-regulated notarial fees and will be quoted and agreed upon before the appointment.
Important Information
