Our Services
Standard Florida Notarial Acts (State-Regulated Fees)
Notary fees are set by the State of Florida:
Acknowledgments — $10
Oaths or Affirmations — $10
Jurats — $10
Protests — $10
Copy Certifications — $10
Travel Fees
Travel fees are in addition to notary fees and vary based on distance and appointment details within Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, Indian River, and St. Lucie County.
Ironclad Signature Services offers Remote Online Notarization (RON) so you can get documents notarized securely online—no travel, no in-person meeting, and no weekday hassle. RON is ideal when you’re out of town, busy at home, working odd hours, or you simply want the most convenient option.
During your appointment, you’ll join a secure online video session, complete identity verification, and review the document before we finalize the notarization. I’ll walk you through the process step-by-step, answer questions along the way, and make sure everything is completed correctly so you’re not stuck redoing paperwork later.
Pricing: Florida allows up to $25 per online notarial act. Additional charges may apply for RON platform/technology fees and extra electronic copies/records, and all fees are disclosed and agreed to in advance.
Ironclad Signature Services provides Loan Signing Agent appointments after hours and on weekends. I facilitate the signing appointment, keep the signing organized, complete required notarizations, and follow the provided instructions so documents are executed correctly and ready to return.
How pricing works in Florida
Florida caps notary fees at $10 per notarial act.
The Loan Signing Agent portion (time, travel, printing, scanbacks, packaging/return delivery, and overall appointment handling) is separate from the notary fee and is typically quoted as a flat fee agreed to before the appointment.
Because every signing is different, I don’t post a one-size-fits-all price. Instead, I provide a clear quote up front based on the details below.
What affects your quote
Distance / travel time
Document size & printing needs
Scanbacks or special return requirements
Complexity (number of notarizations, multiple signers, corrections/re-signs)
Timing (after-hours/weekend urgency)
Who hires the agent (direct with a title company vs. through a signing service)
For reference only: loan signing appointments are commonly quoted in a wide range (often $75–$200+) depending on complexity and requirements. Your exact quote will be based on your specific package and instructions.
